When we started more than 25 years ago, few people had heard of kratom. We learned early that quality begins with understanding the plant, the farmers and, most importantly, the art of selecting the right leaves.

Picking quality kratom is a skill passed from one experienced harvester to the next. Knowing which leaves to choose, when to harvest them and how to handle them is what keeps every batch consistent.

Popularity changed the industry

As global demand grew, some farms began harvesting in bulk with less attention to selection and timing, often with inexperienced crews. The result: more kratom, but often lower-quality kratom.

We know the difference

We work closely with experienced farmers and harvesters at the source and pay attention to every detail, from selection and harvesting to drying and handling, so you never have to trade quality for convenience.

Powder colour doesn't tell the whole story

All kratom comes from one plant: Mitragyna speciosa. The names red, white and green vein are traditional labels linked mostly to leaf maturity, harvest timing and drying methods.

Those factors can change how the finished powder looks, which is why two powders can look different while coming from very similar source material. Colour alone should never be used to judge quality.

Nothing added to change the look

We never add other herbs, fillers or ingredients to change the colour of our kratom. We focus on careful sourcing and quality control instead of making powder look a certain way.

Kratom is a natural botanical, and quality can vary with where it's grown and how it's harvested, processed and stored. Testing tells us what's in each batch before it reaches you.

Our quality-control process evaluates purity, consistency and the presence of unwanted contaminants. For us it isn't a box to check; it's part of responsible sourcing.

From the farm to your door

Testing is one step in a process that starts with careful sourcing and continues through processing and packaging, so every order is consistent with the last.

Our warehouse team works to get every order out quickly. Orders placed before 3:30 PM Toronto time ship the same day.

All orders ship in discreet packaging.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery time depends on the carrier, so we can't guarantee arrival dates. Our Track & Trace team monitors shipments and will help if anything goes wrong.
